We are always keen to hear from new traders with great products who are keen to regularly attend the North Parade Market.

We are predominantly a food market with an emphasis on fresh, local produce but we will consider application from traders want to sell any high quality products.

In the first instance please fill in the application form and someone with be in touch within a few days to discuss your application.

Please fill in all the main fields, leaving only the additional information field blank unless you want to add further information which might support your application.

Our standard pitch fee is £20 plus an additional £10 charge for gazebo hire, £5 for table hire (each) and £2.50 for power if required.

(Gazebos’ and tables are limited and supplied on a first request basis)

Note: Food Traders - we are keen to encourage as many food traders as possible but in most cases require food to be prepared in advance rather than cooked on site where cooking smells and smoke can cause problems with neighbouring traders - can you please outline below how your food is prepared.

Environmental Responsiblity - As a socially and environmentally responsible local market, we insist that any packaging / food containers / cutlery provided by our traders is of the non plastic, bio-degradable type. Please confirm below that you understand this policy and that you agree to comply with this trading requirement.

Waste - If you are selling packaged food items likely to be consumed at the market, you are expected to provide appropriate waste containers and encourage your customers to dispose of their rubbish using these containers. The market has no commerial waste arrangements and we therefore require the traders to self-manage any dispose of any waste produced. Please confirm below that you understand this policy and that you agree to comply with this trading requirement.

Equipment -Ideally we require all traders to supply their own equipment but we do have some Gazebos and tables available for hire where necessary and if available - please indicate what you may need to hire from the market - see fees to the left
